Row10 is a children's and baby boutique with a lovely product line and a Shopify store that had gotten hard to shop. Products weren't organized, collections were built by hand, and the navigation didn't guide anyone anywhere. We rebuilt it from the backend up. We cleaned and structured every product with proper types, tags, and categories, built smart collections that fill themselves automatically, mapped a navigation menu that matches how parents actually shop, and migrated the whole store to a fresh theme. The result is a store that's easy to browse, easy to buy from, and far simpler for the team to run as the inventory grows.
